     (d)  For purposes of (a)(7) of this section, "family member"                                   
    means a person legally related to the individual through blood,                                 
    marriage, adoption, or guardianship, or whose close association is                              
    the equivalent of a family relationship."                                                       
                                                                                                    
Renumber the following bill section accordingly.
